General Manager, Greg Lemons, recently achieved the coveted position of Master Textile Cleaner, joining owner, Dave DeBlander, in that exclusive club.
Having two Master Cleaning Technicians in the same company is unheard of in the carpet cleaning industry. If you look on the IICRC website for Master Textile Cleaners in the Pensacola, Perdido, Gulf Breeze, Milton and Navarre, Florida area only four companies pop up. That’s right, out of over 90 carpet cleaning companies in the two county area, only four have a Master Textile Cleaner. Pro Clean Fine Rug, Carpet and Tile Care has TWO in the same company.

Hi I’m Dave DeBlander, owner and founder of Pro Clean Fine Rug, Carpet and Tile Care. Our mission is to “wow every customer”, and we have been doing just that since 1990. With more than 90 companies to choose from in the 2 county area, we suggest that you examine 3 criteria in making your selection: Equipment, Training and Service.
1) Equipment
Our service vehicles, pictured above, are $60,000 state of the art cleaning machines. The vacuum blower, essential to drying your carpet, is powered by a 300 horsepower engine. Most carpet cleaning vacuums are run by 20 horsepower engines. The difference in drying time and cleanliness is astounding.
2) Training
We have been IICRC certified firm since 1993. Look up our qualifications online at www.iicrc.org and see our long list of certifications. Also note, how very few companies in our area are certified.
3) Service
Our customer service representative calls every customer a couple of days after each job to be sure of 100% satisfaction. If not, we book an appointment immediately at no charge where we will come back to fix any problem. We also have a tremendous guarantee in that any spot or stain that we remove, if it ever returns, we will come back to remove it at no charge.
